Is QxMail really free?
Yes. Windows, macOS and Linux builds are free, no catch.
Does it work with Gmail / generic IMAP?
No. QxMail is MailBear-only: reading over JMAP, sending via the MailBear REST API.
Can I send attachments?
Not yet. The MailBear send API v1 has no attachment field, so sends with attachments fail with an explicit error instead of silently dropping files.
Calendar write support?
Calendar is read-only for now. Event creation and RSVP are blocked on server-side write support.
